Add funds

To get your campaigns running, you need to top up your advertising balance. In order to do this, you need to choose a payment method first.

Available payment methods (Section 1)

The following payment methods are available on our platform:

  1. Bank card payments (credit or debit card): you can choose between two payment processing systems - CommerceGate or CardPay, whichever works best for you. If you are having problems with either of these bank card processing methods, reach out to our Support Team, and we will help you find an appropriate payment method.

To make a card payment, choose either of these options.

CommerceGate:

  1. PayPal: select this method if you would like to make a payment using your PayPal wallet. Please note that PayPal charges 3-5% out of a transaction’s amount.

  1. PayPal One Click: the first payment goes as usual PayPal payment. From the second one, the flow is easier: you will not be redirected to the PayPal page, it is enough to press “Pay” button and the successful/unsuccessful write-off from your wallet occurs immediately.

  1. WebMoney: recharge your balance via your WebMoney wallet. Please note that at the moment only payments via WME (euro) wallets are available.

  1. Paxum: choose this payment method if you prefer paying with your Paxum account.

Making a payment on the platform (Sections 2 and 3)

After you have chosen a suitable payment method, you need to set an amount you are willing to pay (1), agree with our Terms and Conditions by ticking the appropriate box (2) and click ‘Pay’ (3).

You will be then redirected to a payment system’s page or will be requested to fill in your card details (for example, if you have chosen CardPay as a payment method). A service/transaction fee will be calculated automatically upon completing a transaction.

Please check if all of your payment details are correct and click ‘Pay now’.

Sending a Wire transfer (Section 4)

You may also send a Wire transfer directly to us, and we will deposit the funds to your account manually after a transfer has been cleared.

To do this, click on ‘Wire USD/EUR’ at the bottom of the ‘Add funds’ page (Section 4) to see our banking details.

Wire-related payments are added to your account manually as we receive them. Kindly note that a Wire transfer may take up to 2-5 business days to be processed and delivered to us.

We kindly ask you to include your personal ID/Advertiser’s email address on Clickadu in a comment/message together with your payment.
