Clickadu practice the KYC process to make all payment procedures clear and create effective relations between Clickadu and our partners.

KYC stands for “Know Your Customer”, applied for the customer identification process. This procedure includes providing necessary documents to identify the real owner of the account. It is needed by common international business standards. KYC helps us to make all communications easier regarding legal and financial issues.

To verify your account, please provide our specialists with the government-issued ID, information about your payment account linked to Clickadu. Any additional info may be required. Be sure that all the data you present to our company is correct, including an active email address to communicate with us. This information will be verified within 5-7 business days. We strongly recommend you provide everything required 14 days before the payment due date.

According to our Terms and Conditions, we may request documents confirming your identity and payment details in some cases. This information can be found in the advertiser's and publisher's agreement (articles 6.7 and 6.11 equally).
