Every status bar indicates your current profile information status.
Profile completeness statuses:
- In review - Your submitted profile information status requires review. We will check it within 1 business days.
- Pending - It seems that your personal information is incomplete. Please provide sufficient profile information before January 1.
- Rejected - It seems that your personal information lack credibility or incorrect. ‘Add’ or ‘withdraw’ funds functions are disabled due to the security reasons. Please provide correct profile information in order to use our services.
- Approved - Congratulations, your profile information is complete.
Profile validation statuses:
- In review - Your profile data validation requires review. We will check it as soon as possible.
- Suspicious - Your profile data lack credibility or suspicious. ‘Add’ or ‘withdraw’ funds functions are disabled due to the security reasons. Additional documentation is required to get your profile approved. Please contact your personal manager.
- Rejected - Your profile data lack credibility or suspicious. ‘Add’ or ‘withdraw’ funds functions are disabled due to the security reasons. Additional documentation is required to get your profile approved. Please contact your personal manager.
- Approved - Congratulations! Your personal information is complete and validated.
